Albert John Ory

Albert John Ory, born in May of 1882, and Lucia Elizabeth Catherine Dieter, born in October of 1886, were married in 1908. Albert John managed to raise 10 children in Naperville, IL.

 

Albert John married Lucia Dieter and Lucia's brother, Julian, married Albert's sister, Bertha Cornelia Ory. A brother and sister married a brother and sister.

 

Albert John was a true entrepreneur. Much like his father, Andrew, farming was not in his blood. From owning a candy store to owning a gas station, Albert kept his family housed, fed, clothed, and educated.
